Tiny,grotty and a very ignorant man behind counter, prefers to yak on his fone about night before rather than do his job and serve customers with politeness only got 2 stars as post office at other side shop

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the young lady behind the counter in W.H Smith's in St.Andrews this morning. I slipped and fell on my way to the Post Office cutting both hands as a result.
