“I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the young lady behind the counter in W.H Smith's in St.Andrews this morning.
I slipped and fell on my way to the Post Office cutting both hands as a result. I entered the shop and asked the assistant if she could sell me a packet of tissues. She told me she didn't sell tissues but immediately set about treating my wounds with dressings from her first aid kit. Thank you so much for all your help it was very much appreciated. Thanks also to the other customers in the shop and post office for their understanding.”
