I ordered a one off subscription box and can?t say anything other than I was disappointed. I feel really mislead by the advertised videos in comparison to what arrived. The price of the items also was not reflected in the box. One item came with a wholesale label and was cheaply made.The detail went more into packaging the items and very little thought into the products. I can?t say there was one item I was happy with. Cheap printed out stickers and out of season products. The communication for the sending of the box was terrible and a total disappointment after the long wait for it to be sent out.
Edit: in response to the generic reply, I?ve uploaded a photo of the box I received. Please don?t waste your money on it.

Had a great experience in the Crystal Shop today when I went in to buy a gift box for a friend's birthday. Got lots of great advice and suggestions from a lovely member of staff. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of products was amazing. I arranged to pick the box up later and it was made up and left open for me to confirm I was happy with the contents. Everything in the box was brilliant. My friend is going to love it ! Many thanks to the Crystal Shop ?

Fantastic range of crystals, I could spend quite a long time just browsing around looking at everything! I went here with my parents and they were impressed too (my dad normally leaves shops like this after a few minutes, but he stayed and looked around for quite some time!) Shop worker was very non-intrusive, if you want to just look and not buy that was absolutely fine. I ended up taking some photos of crystals I thought were particularly beautiful (but couldn't afford to purchase on the day!) and there didn't seem to be any issues with that at all, no awkwardness. Thankful for that. Smells quite strong of incense so if you're scent sensitive I'd recommend wearing a face cover :) A really nice atmosphere in this store, will be returning again and again

I received a gift box from here as a Christmas present and it?s so beautiful. I was really blown away by how personalised it was. Really high quality crystals, all specially wrapped individually, with handwritten notes for each crystal explaining their properties. The box was themed for my star sign and each little part was so special. There were a few wee add ons like stickers and incense as well which I didn?t expect. Overall, a really lovely gift and I was so touched by the thoughtful way it was presented. Thank you!

We visited yesterday looking for a very specific Christmas gift, which were all sold out. The lovely ladies in the shop not only hunted high and low to try and help me but when that search proved fruitless, didn?t stop thinking of alternative solution and boy did they worked miracles finding individual components and making me exactly what I was after. Service well above and beyond all expectations you are absolutely fantastic can?t thank you enough.

It is very expensive but thats to be expected with crystals and st andrews other than the prices it was fab, had such a wide range of crystals some that i actually only found out existed through them aha
Deff the place to go for a wee splurge if you like crystals xx
