I ordered a one off subscription box and can’t say anything other than I was disappointed. I feel really mislead by the advertised videos in comparison to what arrived. The price of the items also was not reflected in the box. One item came with a wholesale label and was cheaply made.The detail went more into packaging...

Had a great experience in the Crystal Shop today when I went in to buy a gift box for a friend's birthday. Got lots of great advice and suggestions from a lovely member of staff. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of products was amazing. I arranged to pick the box up later and it was made up and left open...
