This jacket was taken in for dry cleaning. It came back visibly damaged. They said it wasn?t their fault and to talk to the manufacturer. The manufacturer says this was clearly exposed to too much heat and hence ruined. Unfortunately, this dry cleaner was not willing to take responsibility for their error. So disappointed.
Update: They commented on my post to reach out to them but I actually did at the time of the incident and they gave me this piece of paper trying to say it wasn?t their problem. See photo. Ironically, when the item was initially picked up the woman said this happens quite often that jackets end up looking like this after they have cleaned them. Hmmmm, I still have a hard time believing it?s not an issue with their process.

Unfortunately, my experience was sub optimal. Took a sport coat in to get dry cleaned and received it back ruined. They told me to take it up with the manufacturer. I did follow up with the manufacturer and they inspected it. Turns out they believe too much heat was applied. I would agree from the looks of it. Just disappointed that the cleaner couldn?t take responsibility for their error and on top of that charge me for the service of ruining my coat!

I brought my dinner jacket in to be cleaned and they ironed the lapels flat - utterly murdered the belly on them. Do not use them for any garment you don?t wish to be ruined.

My electricity ran out and I had to iron a dress for an urgent event today. I came into the shop to see if I could pick up an anti wrinkle spray but the extremely lovely gentleman said he could quickly iron it for me. So so sweet and have helped me (a struggling student) a lot, would definitely recommend.

Very friendly, efficient and customer-oriented!I left a jacket that needed a button sowed on by noon. I went back one hour earlier as I was walking by - the button was firmly sowed on and they even refused to charge for the work!Very impressive. I?ll be back!

Created new stains on my jacket and didn?t offer an apology, price reductions or further helpful advice. When I showed the lady the new stains and that the jacket was still dirty she said I should just wash it in the washing machine. The care label clearly says machine washing is not allowed and the garment must be dry cleaned. Really disappointed by the lack of care or help after the underwhelming service, especially because the man who initially took the jacket seemed very helpful

I have used this dry cleaners on a few occasions, each time the staff ha e been very professional and efficient, going as far as to discuss and offer different solutions for the garments in question!! For ppl saying poor service and over priced, well obviously someone's peed in ur cornflakes that day !! And let's face it for prices we'll u don't get owt for nowt these days do ya !!
