    This jacket was taken in for dry cleaning. It came back visibly damaged. They said it wasn’t their fault and to talk to the manufacturer. The manufacturer says this was clearly exposed to too much heat and hence ruined. Unfortunately, this dry cleaner was not willing to take responsibility for their error. So disappointed.

    Unfortunately, my experience was sub optimal. Took a sport coat in to get dry cleaned and received it back ruined. They told me to take it up with the manufacturer. I did follow up with the manufacturer and they inspected it. Turns out they believe too much heat was applied. I would agree from the looks of it. Just disappointed... read full comment
