“I have very specific taste in notebook and I unfortunately didn’t get what I was looking for BUT it was all made up for by the customer service. I was helped by a redhead (I think her name was Cindy?) and she seemed as passionate about this specific notebook type (A6, softcover, squared paper, if anyone’s interested) as I was. She went completely out of her way to understand what I wanted and show me every option possible. Impeccable service.”
