“B&Q leven installed our main bathroom in the house in july. From beginning to end our experience was non stressful and well planned - not forgetting the beautiful bathroom that was created in the process.Stewart, Brooke and Susan, B&Q staff designed and dealt will any admin issues and the amazing Ross Mciver, project managed and used his wonderful skills in all areas to install the bathroom from start to finish. ( can't forget his trusted companion Chez) He had to rip out a very old dated bathroom. The laughing plaster crumbled when tiles came down, there was a leak under bath and rotten wood, toilet pipes had to be moved to accommodate the new positioning of our new lay out. None of this was a problem for Ross.He also listened and just seemed to understand my vision for the end result, giving me new ideas where needed and made sure all my requests were met.I am over the moon and can highly recommend the leven branch to deal with design and Installation of your new bathroom. All this was well worth the extra money to not worry about issues and organising everything yourself. “Very useful addition to B&Q because it has a discount on certain items that the general public can't get, plus there is a separate checkout which can save time for trades people.Separate entrance and exit also helps as it is away from the main entrance and exit so parking usually has plenty of spaces at that end of the store.”
