“This Gentleman runs a fully hygienic store with all shop foods and cleanliness and price range. His staff are also fully professional and have utmost courteous in the way you are all given attention. I would also say i again totally myself having so much in the Brysons owner providing al all petrol services and a .truly overwhelming team in sales mechanics in fact even in his manner where again will say has more professionalism and customer care than any other store of all his departments. .As for access I am not totally convinced but I'm now aware in going back a ramp. Brilliant to all in his employment. Success breeds Success. D Bryson has that totally with our covid 19 restrictions very much adhered to.Excellence”

“Both Donna and Lauren as ever upbeat and helpful to me as I collect my prescriptions. More so this week being so short staffed due to covid. I cannot thank them enough for being so positive throughout this last two years???”

“I use this pharmacy very frequently. The staff here are like wee worker bees, they literally never stop. It is such an extremely busy pharmacy, yet most staff will stop and be very professional and friendly. A pharmacist is always available and will stop their mountain of work to provide advice on medications, minor ailments, and over the counter treatments. The only issue I find quite challenging is they send out texts to say prescriptions are ready 10-15 minutes before the shop closes. Ive been waiting for a prescription, got the text and ran round as I has none of the item for over the weekend. I was met with an unhappy staff member, clearly annoyed that I was in the shop when they closed in 5 minutes.I was very friendly and apologetic, but I needed the medication, and the shop was not yet closed.People being unable to get their prescriptions has huge knock on effects. The elderly do not all have someone to chase it up , or arrange through out of hours.I appreciate the way the shop runs will be down to workload and staffing , but Boots should perhaps realise this results in unnecessary use of out of hours services at a time when those with urgent health problems cant get through .”
