“Although it might seem strange writing about a Pharmacy I feel it only right that some praise should be poured over this terrific service. Dundonald Pharmacy is run by Callum and his staff and as far as my wife and I are concerned they are doing a terrific job especially in such difficult times with this virus threatening everyone, it's a small building next door to the doctors surgery and a little further on is the shop, it's sometimes difficult to park near as it's on the Drybridge Road but apart from that there are not many pharmacies next door to the doctors which makes it easier for everyone who needs their services. Excellent service no complaints whatsoever 5 stars.”

“Every single member of staff provide a service second to none. Polite, friendly, caring with a drive to make each and every customer and their query be the most important customer and query with no fuss and total professionalism across the board. The various staff members know me through my need of a continuous prescription over the past 4 - 5 years and they have gone above and beyond on too many occasions to name however I'd just like them to know that being so nice and so good at their jobs can't be easy at times yet the staff have a great sense of community around themselves...every member of staff have a smile that would light the darkest of souls, I highly recommend this fantastic Chemist no fear of humiliation nor will you ever catch any "gossip" as each and everyone ate far too professional for that. “Very small branch of Boots but useful nevertheless, especially for the pharmacy inside (there a free prescription service available there too). You can also buy a fairly good range of over-the-counter medicines, plus vitamins, suncreams, cosmetics, and more. There are also some very nice and fashionable sunglasses for sale. I noticed some special offers in here today, especially the 'buy one get the second one half price' on some products. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful.”
