“Visited Boots Opticians Irvine. Attended by helpful friendly staff in a quiet professional environment. Eye test was very thorough and the Optician explained each stage well.
Advise given about prescription and his rationale. The Optometrist was helpful discussing the range of options available.
New specs in two weeks”

“Always a very clean and well presented store. They stock so many different things these days. A wide range of baby stuff. Ranging from cotton buds to clothes, Soothers to strollers. I think they are over priced. Most of the products can be found much cheaper in the other shops, supermarkets and other places like Supersavers, Fragrance Shop. There is also a pharmacy inside (as there is in most Boots). There is also another pharmacy at Morrisons (should you need). The Pharmacy staff in Boots are excellent and very helpful. They also have the rare decency to tell you, honestly, if they don't know the answer.There is is entrance for wheelchairs too. Plus on street parking, should your permit, permit.”

“No good, when you take in a prescription, from my psychiatrist. To help me , as I struggle to call in for my prescriptions, then end up with none. Dr jsmidon gave me that prescription to stop me from going crazy when i have no pills. Find Out 2mo when he calls me bk. I actually left boots crying, no help nothing, got told if i need my tablets i took go ask for then like a big daft baby...can i have my crazy pills pls. That's the whole the extra prescription was for me to keep in my home , in case i forget to call. This Way i still let without ?. See what my psychiatrist says 2mo, coz i am so confused, coz this isn't helping me in any way at all.”

“This chemist lives up to its name! I had picked up my Husband from an overnight stay in the hospital. It was after 5.30 but the lights were on, so I chapped on the off chance that I could drop off his new prescription to pick up the next day. They took it in. Walking back to the car, a staff member ran out with the prescription that they had already made up and the pharmacist was going to drop off on his way home! Fantastic service and lovely staff.”

All the staff from dispenser assistants to the pharmacists themselves are a pleasure to deal with.They go above and beyond to source medication. They dispense medication as quick as possible and are happy to answer any questions with a smile.”

Had a bit of an emergency repair needed to my glasses which I cannot do without, initially they said they might need to be sent away to be soldered but they said they would try to do a repair for me. 30 mins later glasses sorted out.
