Bought Laphroaig 10 Year Old at Asda, thinking it was discounted. The label was actually for Laphroaig Select, placed nearby. I had to drive 10 miles back to return it. Very frustrating and careless labelling ? not what I expect from a major retailer.

Absolutely raging.
Every single time I shop here and use the scan and shop I am randomly selected for a bag or trolley shop. There is never, I mean never, anything untoward with my shopping.
Today a tray of tomatoes scanned as a £28.00 garden chair and I deleted it. I have was advised I would automatically be selected for a trolley check because I had deleted an item, even if it was their system error. An IT system error is no excuse for this.
Also advised that as I had been selected previously, I would automatically be selected again.
I potentially see the solution is to use a different phone number, or email address, or shop elsewhere.
Ps they have a whole lot of out of date goods in the pudding section, check out the cheesecake mixes with useby dates of February 2025 and April 2025, now June 2025... (But I really like the strawberry and white chocolate miffins.)

It?s a good all round store. Tidy, well stocked and pleasant staff. Has all the usual things a large Asda sells. No restaurant but there is a McDonald?s a few hundred yards away.

I was here this morning to get my hair cut and then thought as I?m here I would have a coffee and breakfast, as I was walking down to the counter the gentleman looked up and saw me and with a big smile greeted me with hello how are you doing I haven?t seen you for some time are you having your usual to me surprise he remembered me order , I hadn?t been in since before Xmas so this was so nice to be greeted like this it made my day and to think of all the faces he sees every day he still remembers , oh I nearly forgot the breakfast was delicious, the cafe is always clean. Thank you

Went to the Kiosk today at around 10.45am and was met with the most hostile and rude woman at the till. I have been served by her a handful of times in the past and every time I come out of Asda thinking ?What have I done to upset this woman??? Absolutely no customer skills and makes me not want to go back to Asda at all!!

The jet wash at this Asdas petrol station is a scam. Never any foam soap left. Shouldn't be operating if the chemicals have ran out. Sadly you only learn this after the card machine takes your money.

We were shopping on Saturday evening, 2/11/24 around 7:30pm my daughter had bought some fruit and were on special offer, your checkout assistant Margaret was adamant that the price was wrong, even after my daughter went and took photos and another assistant checked, your check out assistant just refused to leave it after being told that we were correct it was a special offer, making comments about it was still wrong and she should know etc, at no point was I rude, I just asked her to kindly leave it and carry on scanning my shopping to be told by her that she was just trying to check even after her co worker had told her it was correct to then tell me I have an attitude problem, but still carried on about the fruit, I then spoke with a manager whom apologized for Margret?s behavior towards us, if this is the way your staff act towards customers I really do think Margret in particular could improve on her people skills and customer service. I was very embarrassed by the whole ordeal and will certainly be taking my shopping else where in the village. Myself and family have been shopping here since the store opened. Shocking behavior from a member of your staff!

Management horrible liar, as for pharmacy the horrible liars also, horrible people towards people with disabilities, and non disability, they need sacking, or close asda down forever, they cannot even investigate complaints correctly from head office, HORRIBLE PEOPLE

No baskets at the door. I ended up finding one at a checkout (stacked atleast 30 high) no bags at the self checkout (there never is) plenty of staff doing nothing and chatting amongst themselves including management though

Went and took my 91 year old shopping there in the evening. The shelves were poorly stocked and empty crates where fully stocked should be. Virtually no choice of bread. Looks like it needs a refresh and some TLC.
