Poor service. Staff unwilling to interact and refusing to advise on possible alternatives for items that were out of stock

Would have been nice to have the proper location in Google Maps. Who is responsible for checking this at Sports Direct?

Bought trainers here lasted a month before the sole parted company with the body. Although I had the exact amount transaction on my bank account, unless I had the receipt, there could be no exchange or refund. Waste of £38. My advice is to avoid .
