“Highly recommended! We visited beautiful shoe shop Petit Pas today and we received outstanding customer service. They have wide selection of shoes, boots and sandals in great quality! Our little one enjoyed her time in the play area whilst waiting for the shoes, she was also over the moon trying them on as the ladies were sooo nice and friendly to her ❤️ she has very wide feet and we usually find it very hard to get the right fit for her, however, this wasn't the case today. Her feet were professionally meassured and we found a few styles we could choose from for great prices. We are happy we found a shop we can relly on for every season will be definitely back for the summer sandals.Thank you for your excellent 5* service”

“An excellent shoe shop where you still get proper attention, chat and advice and not just a hard sell or expected to everything yourself. You do pay for it but everything is excellent quality. Good follow-up customer care too.”

“Amazing staff here are always happy to help with any questions. However the prices in my opinion are high for the actual product you get. I feel if you have a good salary you can shop here. Otherwise you're an Aldi or Lidl shopper with more reasonable prices”

“Like this store. Has mostly everything you need for a decent clothes trip.I was looking at work trousers. Found them at the back of the store. Tried them on in the changing rooms, which is a bonus as some shop's did away with them during the pandemic.Had a wander round the shop then bought the dress trousers.Not expensive either.Only thing I don't like. No personal customer service experience. Have to do the job yourself of scanning item's.”

“The staff are amazing in this store. They have a great customer service ethic; nothing is too much for them and there is no pressure to purchase anything. I cannot thank Kirsty enough she was caring, compassionate & considerate and went above and beyond to get us on the right path for getting him attended to. “Just had a really great shopping experience in Next Perth. Despite being mid sale during a pandemic, the store was extremely clean and tidy. I felt very safe, numbers being controlled by staff member on the door. Hand sanitizer available. I was greeted at the check out by a very pleasant employee, Ruaridh who served me. His Customer service skills really were excellent, and as for his clothes folding, absolutely brilliant. I hope he is still there at Christmas!!. Well done Next. “Lovely ladies ,service second to none .My disabled sister could not make is to shop ,she got so far and could go no further after we parked car.I sat her in a cafe and went to shop ,explained I could buy boots ,but if they don't fit my sister ,could I return in five mins ,the lady actually let me take one boot around to my sister to try it on her feet ,service like that is amazing .Boots never fitted but a other pair were ordered wider fit ,for my sister's swollen feet .Old fashioned service is amazing .Really was so amazed the lady trusted me ,offered to leave my bank card ,but she said I trust you .So if you need extra wide fitting shoes or boots,make this your first stop .They can't do enough for the customer .Sarah .”
