What has happened to this post office? I used to receive great service here with the previous owners but now NO. On two occasions I have asked for my item's to be tracked, the first was a return the company never received it and I was out of pocket big time. Do NOT go here!! Terrible customer service, was scammed £20 when they converted my euros to pounds, when asked for refund, they refused! Super dodgy, please don’t go here for anything, absolutely fuming
