I had an issue at a filling station in Lonend paisley post code Pa11su. At 0800 on 2/825. I started filling the car noticed pump going slow and making a groaning spluttering noise. As the manager of this store I feel I need to defend some of the clear misunderstandings in these reviews. The manager (myself) is female, not an angry wee man sitting in the back, this may have been another Shell but not ours, at Lonend, Paisley.
