“Good news that Morrisons are giving More points on petrol again but I had a problem getting the scanner at the pump to read the barcode on my phone app. Then I tried my Morrisons card but it wouldn't read that either.So I decided just to pay at kiosk but the screen told me to pay at kiosk before I had taken any fuel.Took a bit of sorting out so I hope it isn't always like that.”

“Tesco Fuel station with multi facilities:Car care : Jet wash , air / water , Free cash withdrawal ATM and it accommodate a small Tesco store for snacks, dinks, newspapers and engine oil and fluids and other car accessories.However with all the fluctuation in fuel prices, i found this station slightly more expensive for supermarket fuel compared to other places.”

“As the manager of this store I feel I need to defend some of the clear misunderstandings in these reviews.
The manager (myself) is female, not an angry wee man sitting in the back, this may have been another Shell but not ours, at Lonend, Paisley.
The price of fuel on the sign always matches the price on the pumps, however, V-power fuel is 20p dearer than regular fuel. Our diesel has not been 1.61 for a very long time.
In reply to the review 1 day ago about the black tea, We do not sell tea.
We are a small team that pride ourselves on our customer service and cleanliness of our store and I feel it unfair to have these reviews linked to our store when they must relate to another site.
If any customer has a complaint about Shell Lonend, I would be happy to discuss this and aim to put right any issues they may have with this store.

“I have hired many cars over the years and refuelled here.I have found, mostly, the staff to be friendly and obliging.Some months ago, on one of my recent visits my wife already had a car and refuelled here.Due to my flight being delayed she needed to wait on me.Yes, as many have described, a £60 fine in the post with all the other stipulations.A review used the word vultures.Tending to agree with them.The signage for such penalties should be clear and in your face.I have nothing against the staff in the shop.”
