Edit: after finally getting through to customer service, I was promised a call back. Soon after Adam from the branch called me and was extremely helpful and sorted me out. Fantastic. Upshot - Boots has a terrible phone system but excellent people when you can get through.
Waited 5 minutes yesterday to enquire about heating aids. Eventually, one of the harassed prescription staff came over and served someone beside Me who had just walked up to counter. (Maybe a beard thing)? Couldn't give Me any info other than a phone no. Tossed the paper on way out. 'Should have gone' elsewhere first. Specsavers... read full comment

Very bad service especially the blond lady with glasses at pharmacy she is very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers
