We had booked in for afternoon tea. On arrival the woman at the front desk appeared a bit flustered and quite blunt with her replies to questions. Two night stay was fantastic . Upgraded to Princess Margaret suite which was out of this world . Staff so friendly and helpful . Accommodation was 5 star , breakfast was good with hot food hot and good selection . Had evening meal in restaurant . Quality of food was outstanding and service great . Super afternoon tea in a lovely Pricess Margaret Lounge. Excellent atmosphere and service by Isabella. Thoughtfulness in creating treats for diabetic attendee was much appreciated. Very helpful with voucher redemption at reception too. Could not have done more to Make our anniversary special! ❤️ Thank you all xx
