“This review is solely for the lovely staff at this location.I was traveling to Lockerbie with two family members and on our way back to Edinburgh we had some car trouble and pulled into the lot at Tesco. We had a flight to catch and being from New York City we felt a bit stranded not knowing the area and resources.The staff at the customer service center were so very helpful. They immediately started looking up local car service companies that could assist us, checked time of local trains that we could take and the security guard even tried to assist us finding a taxi. They truly went above and beyond for a couple travelers they’d never met before.So I just wanted to say thank you so very much to all the staff members from my family and I today. So sorry I didn’t catch your names but you are very much appreciated ❤️”
