“It is small, and I don't recommend taking a trolley round - because the aisles are quite narrow - but my gosh what bargains you can find in here! It's now made it to a weekly stop for us because the kids love their pizza fingers and in these times it's handy to take advantage of their deals and offers which don't seem to have increased like everywhere else.”

“Useful convenience store which is well used for sandwiches, snacks etc. Popular with local tradespeople stocking up with breakfast and lunch items. There's also a cashpoint outside.”

“Staff friendly, especially the lady who worked the pizza counter on Monday. Could see she was very busy with a full work load and still served with a great attitude and took extra care in preparation with food allergies”

“I went about 4ish on a Wednesday afternoon. I was actually surprised at how quiet the store was as any other time I go to it, its been busy. I got everything I needed. The shelves were very tidy. Staff member assisted when I couldn't find an item. They were helpful and polite.
Just remember to use touch screen located on the packing shelf behind tills if you have gone by car. You now have to enter your car registration prior to leaving store or you will get hounded by one of those car park fine businesses. A bit of a pain as carpark can be crowded with non shoppers cars but its still a total pain all round. Till staff do remind you to use it.”

“This is a great wee shop with friendly staff and a good stock. I can almost always find what I am looking for. My only problem is with the milk since you switched to Muller milk the expiry date is now only a couple of days not the week I expect. I have a nasty feeling we are being sold cheap almost out of date milk . Please rethink this it is most annoying and if is just to save a few pence a pint it is not worth it.”

“Handy shop for PayPoint such as loading Paycards, Buying power but for the post office go to the larger Georgetown Spar on Barnton road. Has fresh rolls delivered daily and a rancid hot dog machine if you eat rubbish. Fresh coffee machine. Lots of junk food, alcohol & cigarettes but also has healthier alternative foods. Go to Lidl a few steps down the hill for a grocery shop. Older staff struggle to load gas & electric devices. Ask the younger ones.”

“Great wee shop with varied produce. Prices are reasonable and a few bargains on the alcohol range. Friendly & helpful staff. Still have social distancing in place, which is great.”
