Was delighted to find that, after considerable weight loss, I now fit in to clothes from River Island. The staff were extremely helpful and patient as I tried on a load of items, and in directing me to items they thought would be good on me.... thank you.

Older gentleman on tills needs to be trained on customer service skills Very rude.
Visited this store so many times over the years and the way i was spoken to over the way i opened a delivery bag was dreadful you would think i had committed a crime.
