“Lovely clothes for ladies who don't want to look like mutton dressed as lamb. Yes' there are some sequins in there, that say Bingo Betty - but for the whole, nice colours, styles that suit almost anyone and not a crop top in sight! Livingston Centre and Mcarthur seem to have forgotten those not in the flush of youth in the representation of shops. I do remember we were promised a variety of shops when the Elements opened, that never materialised. 1st time I've shopped there, and I will be back. Only issue... no discount offered as advertised for Black Friday instore and online. Tut tut.”

“My favourite designer shop, ever!A great selection of coloured polo's and everything else you'd associate with Lacoste.My only gripe this time was, they had hardly any polo's in my desired size, but the shop assistant did explain that they were waiting for a delivery to come in.I still managed to get a polo in my size, along with a pair of shorts. All in all was quite happy with what I bought.”

“This was a proper dilemma.I walked in with brown shoes. Very well used and getting worn.Mountain Warehouse had a black style and a brown style, both which I liked.Other half was sent photo of options. Told me black was the one to go for... Gotta assume she's right!Both pairs mid rise waterproof styles, very comfortable, sizes available. Left in peace to sort myself out. Happy with purchase. Went with the black.Hindsight, I should have bought both. Will return in September to pick up the brown pair, hopefully! Got a voucher off for next month...hopefully brown will be available”

“Myself and my newly husband were in your store on Friday and the lady that was helping us Hazel I think her name was, was very helpful and attentive! We were looking for a bomber jacket that wasn’t on the shop floor but it was in the stockroom, Hazel went and retrieved this for us after a call to the Dundee store as that’s where we initially seen the jacket first and we can’t thank this lady enough also but unfortunately we never caught her name! Just a wee message to say thank you to both sales assistants. The male shop floor assistant was very off putting though so it would’ve been full stars if this wasn’t the case, he was following us around the store! Keeping a close eye on us and it felt rather uncomfortable. But we did spend more money than we thought because Hazel was great and we both love our new coats :)”

“My first shopping experience in UK. It was awesome. Well, I'm from Nigeria so, it's not hard to impress me. But they have very nice stuff for good prices, I hear.There are three floors. Ground floor is for women. The first floor is for children and the last floor is for men.A whole floor for each demography of the family.???It has elevators and escalators to each floor to aid movement. The aisles are well spaced and that was very helpful as my party was pushing my niece in a pram.The staff are also very friendly. No one disturbed us as they allowed us to browse through the merchandise and try on whatever we were interested in. Checkout was easy, smooth and friendly. The cashier was a young, efficient and polite younger lady.Finally, and a very big one for a new resident like me, it was not cold! Entering in was like stepping into a warm embrace.After being buffeted by the cold since stepping into the country, that was one of my best moments ever.Yeah, so five stars for how being there today made me feel. Warm: inside and outside.”

“Smallish size outlet for all the clothing items. The sale rails are over packed and hard to find something you might like. There are some very reasonable priced items. Very busy. Worth a visit.”

“Great shop, love the baby clothes. Not so great at picking online orders. Ordered 1 baby dress in 0-3 months and received 2 of the same dress in 3-6 months. Refund received easy enough in store however and they were very friendly about it.”

“I was refurbing an old bike and had changed the brakes but, it being years since I had done it last took it back to Halfords to get a final check. Met by Kyle who was very welcoming and friendly. He confirmed that the brake were mostly fine but did a wee check and a few adjustments anyway. Also discovered I had a puncture. - which he fixed in about 3 minutes flat (I could have worked it out but it would have taken me ages). He signed me up for a low cost £15 maintenance contract - which covered the cost of the puncture and the brakes check - and another spare inner tube. Well done Kyle - very customer focused and made it a pleasure to do business.”
