We went into the local O2 store.The staff were great at listening to what our issue was and went the extra mile to help us.Jayne was fantastic in simplifying the correction to our issue and sorted us out within an hour. Cannot fault her at all. We built a great rapport together and left the shop happy with extra purchases.I have always dealt with the call centres in the eleven years as a customer but this experience has forced me to make the decision to always go into the store to do my business rather than from my home.”
