Poorly organised store. Surely leave a person free to do quick enquiries or annoy and loose customers.

Just like their 191 support. They respond and resolve an issue you call about. But unfailingly cause something else to go wrong on your account.

Shout out to VILNIUS. Superb service from him in store taking the initiative. Sorted me out in 10 minutes.”

“Somewhat small, and beginning to look a little thin in certain sections (particularly games), it's still a fun place to dig around for things. I had a fun idea to buy the worst possible movie I could find to put something nice in the DVD case as a gift, and BOY did I find it. A 2022 Bruce Willis joint called "Detective Knight" doubtful I'd find such 'gems' elsewhere. But as mentioned the gaming section is beginning to thin out and barely cover the shelves in some cases.I will confess to finding the staff a little stand-offish in CeX establishments. I don't imagine it's an easy job, especially with some folks coming in trying to fob off questionable merch, but I often find them somewhat gathered in groups, which is not very inviting to the average customer.”
