I tried to return a pair of trainers and was told they had been worn outside. I tried them on in my living room as they were a present. The staff were terrible. I wiped the dust from them and they looked brand new. I will never shop here again. I returned them to another branch which proves their incompetence. Lol ? ? ?

20 minutes waiting in a que get to the tills and the staff are to busy messing around and joking with each other had ask them to please pay attention others in que made the same comments
