Sold my partner a phone & broadband contract on the pretense that I could also join the household deal once I was ready to upgrade. Now that I'm ready to upgrade, EE have now moved the goalposts and I can't join this deal unless I change my account to my partner's name and wait another 3 months while my account is frozen.... read full comment

Tried to get a battery repair for £50 like the website advertised. I was told twice it would be £300. I am totally disgusted with this miss selling and vow to never use ee again.
