“As a Type 1 diabetic I have been trying since Saturday to get a replacement for a broken insulin 'pen' to enable me to take my medication. All attempts to procure one from NI NHS clinics, my usual chemist and even from my GP at Meadowbridge Surgery have failed. Excuse after excuse meant I, in desperation, contacted Larne Boots Pharmacy and got a wonderful lady 'Sam' who has organised a replacement 'pen' for me. I can't praise her enough.
