Prescriptions are 9 times out of 10 made up and ready for collection, if not then the wait time is not very long. The pharmacy handled covid and its regulations very well and were great at rolling out an efficient vaccination programme.”

“Beverley Chemist has been serving my family for years. It has recently undergone a refurbishment and change of staff. In light of other pharmacies closing and staff shortages due to Covid the staff are being pushed to the limit. I've heard so much complaining and bad comments aimed at staff whilst having to queue outside. I'm sure the staff are trying their best and the system is far from ideal but neither are the current times we're living in. I'd like to offer encouragement to the pharmacists and staff of Beverley Chemist, commend them for continuing to serve our community and wish them all a happy new year in the hope that things will get better. “Pharmacist, Rachel (girl with friendly face, dark hair and glasses) has helped me on the day before my wedding on August 2022. I had allergy issues that has been so severe since we moved in Newtownabbey and she accommodated me and helped me out with regards my medications and sorted it out for me as soon as she could. There was an issue with one of the branches and she totally assisted me all throughout that stressful time. I was so thankful to her as nobody would want to look like a frog on their wedding day. She basically is one of the nicest people I have met in the pharmacy. All staff have always been lovely but Rachel is exceptionally professional, approachable and kind to her customers / patients. Because of this positive experience, I've always told my friend to nominate this Boots Pharmacy whenever they need prescription meds because you guys have never failed me from since we moved.
