“I called at the Pharmacy in the medical centre yesterday at around 2pm re concerns about a health concern for my husband . He was unable to get an appointment with a doctor and the reception at the health Centre was closed due to staff shortages . I spoke with a lady , (a Pharmacy dispenser ) and she couldn't have been more helpful. She took my husbands details etc and said she would get a doctor to phone him . By 4 30pm the doctor had phoned and left the appropriate prescription. I can't thank them enough the Health Centre , doctors , nursing staff and Pharmacy staff in Randalstown have worked so hard given the pressures of the past few years ,thank you .”

“Difficult times - great service. I attended today and had to wait a considerable time to obtain blood pressure tablets. At around 1615 hrs - with a queue of around 22 people behind me - 2 young members of staff came out from the building, went along the line of people, and informed them all that they would be attended to before closing at 1800 hrs. First rate service. A credit to the health service in my opinion.”

The staff are all extremely friendly, courteous and go above and beyond for their customers. If there is an item they do not not have in stalk, their buyer, Teresa will do her best to source it for you and call you when it arrives. The service really is second to none.”
