I didn't, but I was impressed that they asked.\\n\\nDelivery day - got my notification and then 10mins before arriving a quick call to confirm that I was home and check access.\\n\\nAlan the delivery guy was great and piled everything up for the landscapers, they were pleased saying it made life easier for them.\\n\\nAll in a great experience, and so nice to see a company being pro-active with their service.”
