I have always found the staff here very courteous and helpful and I am glad to have this branch nearby.

I was in the kirkie branch today and was greeted by Suzanne who was absolutely amazing ? she made me feel as ease with my withdrawal and talked me through the procedure. Suzanne was very pleasant ☺️ thank you very much.

2 staff at his store are awful - very poor customer service and have an awful attitude. they are the kind of individuals that are in the wrong job they have a preset button that they do not like people let alone customers. been a loyal customer for 20 odd years never had problem other branches are polite and functional... read full comment
