“This branch refurbished it's layout in early 2020 and it has been a welcomed improvement. On each visit there has been a lovely staff member guiding customers to either the tellers or the ATM machine (and offering to assist with it's use if needed). The tellers have always been very pleasant with me and quick in their work. Even the bankers that I have had meetings with to discuss changes to my account and applications for bank services have always been curteous. I have really enjoyed my many experiences with this branch.”
