“I visited Optical Express in Kirkintilloch with my Grandfather to get his well overdue eye test he was very anxious about going to the Opticians and going through the test, when we arrived Louise put my grandfather at ease straight away with such a warm welcome explaining everything to him with such kindness & care, I was invited into the test room with my grandfather by the Optician Blair such a lovely young guy who again explained everything while carrying out the eye test. My grandfather left after choosing new glasses with a smile and a wee spring in his step, such a lovely experience, I would highly recommend. Thank you Louise & Blair”
