“We had our new bed delivered this morning, over the moon with it. From the very start to delivery everything was 5⭐️ We visited the Thornton store, we were given the best advice without pressure. They knew we weren’t quite ready for the bed so kept it till we were. The two guys that delivered this morning, kept us up to date on expected arrival. We’re polite and courteous and very mindful that we’d just fitted new carpets (shoes off) Thanks again!”

We bought a kitchen from the depot in Glenrothes, again great service but was missing an essential part for the hob, called Mark in kirkcaldy and he had one sorted within the hour. Such a great team player and very happy to help even though the fault was not his depot. Would highly recommend. Xx”

“Nice clean showroom with a good range of beds. I thought their prices were a little high compared to other local bed showrooms and they don't even include a basic headboard in the cost of the bed frame !
They also charge for taking away your old bed.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Plenty of free carparking”

“Just been in to this store this morning 6/9/25.
It was the best time I have had in this store and it was down to Jackie and then Claire T together to put through our order.It wasn't Jackies department and she tried to get somebody but he was busy.She said I will deal with you till he came.Well all we can say is glad he didn't come.Jackie called Claire with aT to help that was the start of the laughter.They got our our order done with a lot of lets see, never had so much fun.
If you come to get Jackie from paint or Claire with a T from trade your in for a great experience.”

“Very happy with the customer service received at the Kirkcaldy store by both Alison and Charlie.On our first visit we dealt with Alison and she was very helpful in showing us different couches in varying colours and materials. Then, when we returned, we spoke with Charlie and she processed our order. Both Alison and Charlie were very thorough and listened to what we wanted.The setup of the showroom was excellent too! Lovely areas set up with great decor and accessories!We can't wait for our sofa to arrive! ?”
