“7/6/22 I wanted again to acknowledge this store and it's staff in particular Ellie & Scott. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged & assisted. Ellie was extremely knowledgeable about the product I needed help with, whilst Scott (who remembered me from an earlier visit pre-covid) went out of his way to personally get me the best deal. What a team and I hope this update (as I couldn't seem write a new review for some reason) is seen by their line mgmnt. Their team are second to none and deserve recognition. I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer :)I would like to acknowledge both Andrew and Scott at the Kirkcaldy branch. They are an absolute credit to the Company. “Spent a lot of time waiting outside, approx 15 mins first time to be told problem with system come back later. Went back only to have to wait another 15 mins before a member of staff came to speak to me. Once inside staff member very pleasant & helpful, hot what I wanted eventually.”

“The usual CeX, 1st time in this branch. Again, it's hard to judge fairly. The staff have little interaction with customers unless they are buying items from the customers. I only look for blu rays and DVD bargains. Like everything else in CeX the pricing bears little coherence. Some items at a great price while others can be bought new from Amazon a lot cheaper then CeX are selling second hand. But, if you have time to kill and browse then you can grab some bargains.”
