I was in this morning and was very impressed with 2 assistants sorry didn't catch their names. I couldn't upgrade my boots app therefore I couldn't access my vantage card. They could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Eventually one called customer service and all was resolved. Thank you

I'm writing as I believe it's important to praise excellent service when you are lucky enough to have this experience. Yesterday, I asked for help from a female member if staff.
