“Do not know what has happened to ASDA. The store sells a multitude of products, but when you want to speak to management to make a complaint, they are nowhere to be seen. In fact, they will send a team leader. Trying to purchase goods us another hurdle. Management makes the excuse that numerous tills have no power. The question is, why have they not been fixed ? . When the store is busy, why does management hide ?. When you manage to speak to the GSM (General Store Manager). All he can say repeatedly is, "I'll look into it." How can someone look into something when he is not writing the information down, and he does not ask the appropriate questions. The area manager really needs to look at this store to see why they are losing customers. I have seen people walk out of the store leaving their full trolley of goods, just because there are not enough tills open.”

“Very, very helpful, I struggled to get a prescription made up recently, I had tried my usual chemist and then a few others locally without success. Being an independent they were able to try different suppliers and had my prescription in stock within a day saving me a lot of worry.”
