“My family and I visit regularly and have never been disappointed with the food here, my kids especially enjoy the puddings and custard and are made to feel very welcome by Ruth and her team. The old house and gardens are a lovely setting and my kids enjoy exploring at Easter and Halloween events. I love to buy some fresh fruit and veg or beautiful homemade jam from the shop. Would highly recommend a visit ?

“A large Dunelm store with a great selection of products for the home. There is also a cafe here and customer toilets. Situated on the Glencairn retail park, there is plenty of parking available.”

“Our favourite furniture store. We always find something. Great range and choices. We've bought most of our home furniture here. Staff are very helpful, especially David, who has helped us with many purchases over the years. The nice thing is that a lot of what you see you can buy straight off the floor.”

“Good rooms. However there was no AC, later on the next day I realized there was a desk fan. The sink was clogged as water passed slowly. Otherwise all good could do with some facial tissues in the room.”

The lodge itself was cozy and charming, with attentive and warm-hearted staff. The hiking trails nearby were a nature lover's paradise.
