“We were greeted by Laura at the store in Irvine Ayrshire, who was extremely helpful, explained everything. Let my 89 Yr old dad try out the mattress function in store to determine which would best fit his size weight etc, then showed him several options to choose from, provided him with a pillow, after deciding which mattress was most suitable, Laura offered us tea/coffee, whilst going through the options for purchase. Very knowledgeable about products, and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams when requiring to purchase a bed/mattress. An all round enjoyable experience.MR CONNER”

“Went for an afternoon spa as a birthday treat.
Definitely one of the best spa experiences I've had. The facilities were first rate & my massage (by Holly) was one of the best I've ever had. I have a lot of neck & shoulder problems & she really helped to relieve these.
All of the staff were friendly & approachable. Luckily, the weather was glorious so it was extra special to sit out on the terrace with my glass of prosecco, overlooking the lovely grounds.
As a special treat it was well worth the price.
Only slight criticism would be the signage as you enter the car park. I went into the wrong building & one of the workers outside said it happens all the time.
Didn't spoil my overall experience though. Would definitely recommend.”

“As always, brilliant service from Gailes! We usually go to GGs for lunch, but fancied dinner this time so went to the "big restaurant"! Nothing's ever too much, even with my go-to starters out of stock, they were more than happy to adjust and always very patient and helpful with a panicky, autistic person (it's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me!) who's had to change their order on a whim!”
