Visited store just to have a look and query on prices etc on their flooring, the guy who served us did not seem interested to help us at all. he never asked if we needed any assistance on anything etc just came out his office and stood watching us, it was only until we asked about prices etc he came over. when asked a opinion... read full comment

Kilmarnock store absolutely shocking, staff seemed friendly enough when buying from them, but when I returned the unopened double amount of laminate that was needed, the next working day, the assistant manager who worked it all out, couldn’t seem less interested in taking them back, he also called the area sales manager... read full comment
