Went in for vinyl flooring in the Irvine branch,was greeted by David,he was very helpful,and a pleasant guy,told me it would be in following Wednesday,he phoned me on the Monday,said it was ready. I picked it up and he helped me to the van with it,once again he was great.

Ordered carpet on 14th and was delighted with staff and assistance who arranged for measurement check the following day. Was advised delivery would be in 2-3 weeks. Contacted shop at 3 weeks to be told carpet still not delivered to shop and could possibly be another 5-7 days. Disappointed to say the least especially with...
