“I had a terrible experience in the same bank in Kilmarnock, awful. The next day I went into the Irvine branch and what a delight my visit was, even with my 3 year old grandson. The staff were all very well dressed in their uniforms and very welcoming. The girls not attending to my request were charming to my active and inquisitive grandson and the girl assisting me couldn't have been more helpful. This was a complete contrast to the bank in Kilmarnock where I felt most unwelcome. They should take a walk into the Irvine branch and take some notes on customer care.Thanks again girl's for helping me with all my tasks on that day. It was a pleasure”
