“I visited Trendy Treads this morning with my 4 year old, non verbal autistic daughter. I didn’t catch the name of the lady, but just wanted to say I’ve never encountered anyone so helpful, patient and understanding of a child with additional needs. She offered to do the shoe fitting downstairs in the shop as it became more busy, and just went out of her way to make the experience as stress free and relaxed as possible. Came away with 2 lovely pairs of trainers for my little girl and a pair for my son. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my daughter’s feet measured. Outstanding service”
