Lovely service today from 'Tay' on the downstairs tills - apologies as we couldn't read her full name on the receipt, but she was really friendly and polite, made such a nice change compared to some places - she's a credit to your firm so I hope someone senior reads this and gives her the feedback and maybe a pay rise!...

However, I was served very quickly on the tills upstairs and the lady was very helpful and kind. I didn't get her name but she had pink in her hair. She was fantastic! An absolute asset to Primark ? thank you

Checked website - open till 5pm. Got there at 4pm and it was closing……… poor show and no update still on website - says it’s open.
