Great store, but Saturdays can get really busy which was when we visited for some items for an upcoming family camping trip. Staff were patient with our. many questions and gave helpful advice (some are actual outdoor activities enthusiasts).Will be back soon to pick up items which were not in stock at the time we visited.

The other Mountain warehouse in Inverness has better service. There was an older lady who wanted to charge normal prices even on items taken from Clearance section.
