“Hotel and Food was very good but front of house and bar service could do with improvement.I was traveling for business and was told the ealiest time I could have breakfast was at 7:50. Needing to be on the road again at 8:00, this was far from ideal.The front of house staff couldn't seem to grasp this notion. This was made worse when in the morning, I arrived for breakfast at 7:45 and there was only one other person in the dinning room, with the breakfast staff having no idea why they couldnt have supported myself earlier!”
