We only stayed at the hotel due to the roads all around Huntly being impassable due to the weather. The room we stayed in was clean and warm but in need of updating, hence the poorest rating of the 3. The service was however 1st class, mostly due to the incredible manager Amy. Due to road closures, we had to find accommodation quickly. Staff were exceptional considering the circumstances. Lots of people stranded & they went above and beyond to help & accommodate everyone. Would highly recommend. Such a warm friendly atmosphere.
