Told new card and pin would arrive in 3-5 days. New Card 3 days to arrive ,Pin still waiting told willsend new pin3-5days again.COME BACK CLYDESDALE,Bank PLEASE!!!!!!

Incompetent staff throughout. Horrifically slow in branch and never answer phone for business change orders. Ive had three parking tickets for exceeding 30 minute waiting time due to queues or pre ordered change not being ready at the pre arranged time. An embarrassment to the Virgin brand, no wonder it’s being sold off.
