“I had to get statements printed out for specific timeframe for my mortgage advisor and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Their printer stopped working which caused a bit of trouble trying to get them printed for me but they were really professional and found a solution to get exactly what I needed. They also gave me some good advice about closing my ISA which I really appreciated.”

“I recently visited the BP Garage in Hamilton and I was really impressed. The place is very clean and well kept, which makes a big difference. The staff are always friendly, polite, and have a genuinely helpful attitude. You can tell they really care about giving good service. Prices are also reasonable compared to other garages, which is another plus. Overall, it’s a reliable spot with a great team — definitely worth recommending.”

“Went recently with my two sons to sort their accounts and link them to my accounts. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Furthermore, they engaged with my kids and helped make it a bit more than a boring trip to the bank for them. I found them so pleasant to deal with that I will make this my branch now even though it is a mile or two further from home. Keep up the good work.”

“Much improved since rebranding from RS McColl. Better availability all around and better choice. At least now the Cold chain areas of the shop work and you can shop them. Range in this area I.e. cold chain could be improved. Focus is strongly on convenience but focus is too much on small format convenience whereas store is large enough to carry much more of a range in the fridges and offer a better selection for their customer instead of lots of space dedicated to soft drinks. Co-ops do this very well and if memory serves me well this shop actually used to be one a lifetime ago. Layout of products and customer journey could be reviewed as well as it took me a while to find the bread section and also the apples which live separately from the rest of the chilled produce alongside bananas etc. All in all though it is a good shop with amazing staff and the service was excellent.”

“Petrol Station is located on the left up Low Waters Road heading towards Strathaven. Prices are around the same as other petrol stations and they also run the Shell Reward scheme. Plenty of pumps fitted into a fairly small, well it forecourt. The station inside is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. There are a good variety of snacks and car related products for sale. Only hassle is trying to drive back out of the station onto a small side road and then onto the busy Low Waters Road.”

“Girteka hello. I stood there for 20 hours, the parking is ok. The lighting is rather weak. You can stand with a refrigerator. You pay when you go to the Snap store, they give you a voucher in the store at the checkout, you need to pay an extra 3 pounds and a McDuck for 10 Pounds.”
